Business Systems Analyst (Sales Cloud and CPQ)

Job Description

Diligent is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Analytics and Applications team in Galway, Ireland. This role involves partnering with CRM track leads, Business SMEs, and Stakeholders to architect and deliver key program initiatives. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of technical solutions within the Salesforce business applications.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Developing elegant and simple solutions.
• Supporting and resolving production problems/issues.
• Maintaining subject matter expertise with Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud/CPQ/Integrations.
• Performing extensive system testing.
• Creating and maintaining detailed business documentation, use case and data flows.
• Automating processes to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience with Apex, Trigger, Visual Force, and Force.com.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.
• Experience in driving strong relationships and business partnerships.
• Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce integration 3rd party applications.
• Ability to work with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Visualforce pages, Lightning app builder.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors and assessing technology recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time for those within commuting distance to a Diligent office location.
