Advisory Specialist, GRC Advisor

Job Description

Diligent is seeking an Advisory Specialist, GRC Advisor to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves delivering solutions related to managed services requests from customers, leveraging expertise in Diligent solutions and collaborating with internal teams. The Advisory Specialist will provide guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution, lead the implementation process independently, and work with clients to understand their program goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering Professional Services over the customer journey.
• Assisting PS management and other stakeholders.
• Providing guidance on best practices for solution rollout and project execution.
• Leading the implementation process end-to-end.
• Configuring and implementing Diligent's product.
• Ensuring a good customer experience.
• Collaborating with Delivery Managers.

Requirements include:

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
• Customer-first mindset.

• Effective time management and organization skills.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Passion for GRC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Relevant Professional GRC accreditation.
