Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Product Specialist to work with customers, define requirements, and help them adopt Zenoti solutions. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry. The Product Specialist will drive demos, solution reviews, and set up proof of concepts for high-priority customers. They will also configure Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios and address customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
The role involves:
- Working with customers to define requirements.
- Driving demos and solution reviews.
- Configuring Zenoti to meet customer needs.
- Addressing customer issues.
- Coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in implementation and support of Enterprise products.
- Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong demo/training and presentation skills.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Open to travel on short notice.
