Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Product Specialist to work with customers, defining their requirements and helping them adopt Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. This role involves driving demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers, as well as designing and setting up proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers.Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to define requirements.
  • Drive demos and solution reviews.
  • Configure Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios.
  • Address customer issues and concerns.
  • Maintain documentation and follow organizational processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products
  • Strong software background and ability to master product functionality
  • Experience in implementing cloud solutions.
  • Experience driving technical discussions with customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
