Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Fluxon, a global product development company, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex products end-to-end. The ideal candidate will blend technical depth with project instincts and thrive in dynamic environments. This role is open to candidates preferably based in Lisbon, Portugal.He/she will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with Product and Engineers to define specifications.
• Managing projects using Confluence and Jira.
• Ensuring accurate and timely PM reports.
• Providing management visibility into project progress.
• Organising project reviews with stakeholders.
• Developing project plans and managing deadlines.
• Identifying areas for improvement in project performance.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering background is a bonus).
• Fluency in English and experience working with Executives.
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience.
• 3+ years of Agile project management experience.
• Experience with Agile, 1-week sprints with Program Increment planning.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with adaptability and a customer-oriented approach.
