Fluxon, a global product development company, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a master of project management, capable of leading any application from end-to-end, and possess a strong work ethic.This role involves:
- Coordinating with Product and Engineers to define specifications.
- Managing projects using Confluence and Jira.
- Ensuring accuracy and timely updates of PM reports.
- Providing visibility into project progress and supporting decision-making.
- Organising project reviews with stakeholders to manage milestones and risks.
- Developing project plans and managing deadlines.
- Identifying areas for improvement in project performance.
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering background is a plus).
- Fluency in English and experience working with Executives.
- 5+ years of engineering project management experience.
- 3+ years of Agile project management experience.
- Experience with Agile, 1-week sprints with Program Increment planning.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Exposure to high-profile SV startups and enterprise companies
