Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its sales team in Tokyo, Japan. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be instrumental in defining the sales motion, shaping the product, and driving business revenue. He/she will handle inbound requests, qualify prospects, and prospect new accounts by educating contacts about Notion's collaboration, transparency, and productivity benefits. The Sales Development Representative will also experiment with outbound activity, hold meetings with prospective customers, and help build playbooks. What this role involves:
  • Handling inbound requests from prospective customers

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Engaging customer skills
  • Fluency in Japanese and business level English
