Project Manager

Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Project Manager to join their Professional Services team. The Project Manager will lead multiple customer engagements and projects, driving adoption and usage of Zenoti system features, integrations, and solutions. They will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants to drive solutions and manage customer expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.Role involves:

• Leading customer engagements and projects.
• Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants.
• Managing project engagement information.
• Managing customer expectations and relationships.
• Managing and tracking solution delivery.
• Driving information sharing and best practices.
• Addressing customer issues and concerns.

Requirements:

• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, Google apps, Jira, Basecamp, Smartsheet.
• Good understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong technical background.
• Proven track record of delivering on-time and in-scope projects.
