Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to work with customers, helping them adopt Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue. The Senior Product Specialist will drive demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers. They will also design and set up proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers, ensuring successful implementations. Zenoti is a cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Working with customers to define requirements.
  • Driving demos and solution reviews.
  • Configuring Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios.
  • Addressing customer issues and concerns.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products.
  • Strong software background and ability to master product functionality.
  • Proven fast learner of enterprise applications, experience in implementing cloud solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams across different timezones.
