Job Description
Dialpad is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The Account Executive will collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Partner Managers, and Sales Engineering, to convert prospects into active clients. This role involves solving complex communication challenges for businesses worldwide by implementing Dialpad's Talk, Contact Center, and Sell solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving corporate business objectives through efficient sales processes and teamwork.

Role Involves:
  • Building strategic outbound campaigns to source opportunities.
  • Prospecting into target accounts and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Converting leads to opportunities and creating a sales pipeline.
  • Leading discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Managing the contracting process and interfacing with finance, legal, and procurement teams.
  • Maintaining a qualified pipeline and meeting sales quotas.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in telecommunications, contact center, or unified communications industries.
  • Expertise in managing and closing strategic deal cycles.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS Sales (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
