Job Description
Dialpad is seeking an Account Executive, Majors to own the complete sales process from start to finish. The Account Executive will work closely with Marketing, Partner Managers, Sales Leadership, Sales Engineers, Account Management, Legal, and Finance. This role involves solving complex communications problems for businesses worldwide by implementing Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. The Majors sales team collaborates with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership, and peers to improve the sales process.
What this role involves: - Building strategic outbound campaigns to source opportunities.
- Meeting with Channel partners and Dialpad corporate partners.
- Prospecting into target accounts and identifying stakeholders.
- Converting leads to opportunities and creating necessary pipeline.
- Leading discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and technical sessions.
- Creating and maintaining account plans.
- Managing the contracting process.
- Conducting weekly 1:1s with the Manager.
- Maintaining a qualified 3x pipeline and meeting sales quotas.
Requirements: - 5+ years of upper Mid-Market and/or Medium Enterprise sales experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles.
- Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
