Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP), Enterprise Sales to lead and motivate their Enterprise Sales team. This role involves strategic planning, operational focus on forecasting and performance tracking, and driving team productivity. The RVP will report to the Area VP (AVP), Enterprise Sales.

Role involves:
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of Account Executives.
  • Participating in the sales cycle to provide strategic support.
  • Overseeing pipeline management and the sales process.
  • Creating and implementing new engagement strategies with prospects.
  • Planning and delivering sales strategies to exceed projections.
  • Analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coaching and developing the team to cultivate future leaders.
  • Optimizing resources and budget in partnership with internal teams.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of sales experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience leading Enterprise teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic and creative thinking.
  • Experience coaching teams using MEDDPICC or SPICED.
