Intern / Working Student / Junior Counsel (f/m/d)

enmacc, Europe’s largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities, is seeking a motivated Intern / Working Student / Junior Counsel (f/m/d) to join their legal team in Munich. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the energy trading world by tackling complex legal challenges and supporting the company's strategic decision-making.

The candidate will work closely with the legal team, assisting in both day-to-day operations and forward-looking projects that shape enmacc's platform, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling strategic decision-making.

Role involves:

• Handling legal inquiries from internal teams, especially commercial.
• Reviewing and drafting documents like NDAs and service agreements.
• Participating in legal projects related to data protection and platform compliance.
• Assisting in fulfilling capital market compliance requirements.
• Monitoring changes in capital markets law and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Studying German or European law, ideally with a focus on business or capital markets law.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and stay structured under pressure.
