Finance Analysis Manager

OKX is seeking a Finance Analysis Manager to join their team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily settlements, reconciliations, and addressing payment-related issues efficiently. The Finance Analysis Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals.
• Reconciling daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
• Resolving customer inquiries related to payment processing.
• Analyzing and highlighting exceptional items related to settlements.
• Supporting future development efforts by testing new product offerings.
• Providing performance reports and analysis with metrics for assessing performance and improvements.
• Supporting the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities.
• Reviewing settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations.
• Supporting on ad-hoc requests from the operation team or cross functional teams.

OKX is looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in fiat operations, preferably in cryptocurrency, banking, payment services, or fintech industries.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
