Job Description
Recharge is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join their QA group. The QA group is responsible for maintaining high quality software products through automated testing pipelines, manual feature testing, and product reliability monitoring. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with engineers and product counterparts to develop products, develop automation tests, review merge requests, and apply their knowledge to engineering challenges.
What this role involves:
- Work collaboratively with fellow engineers and product counterparts to develop products
- Develop automation tests to monitor and maintain health of Recharge product features
- Review merge requests and pair with engineers to understand and review code
- Apply knowledge and experience to work through engineering challenges
Requirements:
- Strong experience in building complex systems
- Familiarity with Python
- Sound communication skills across multiple mediums
- Ability to work productively with leadership, product counterparts, and team
- Independent and self-driven with a high degree of ownership
