Job Description
Recharge is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales organization and drive growth opportunities by identifying, targeting, and closing new business. The Account Executive will lead product demos, qualify potential merchants, and provide solutions to build trust in the Recharge platform. This is a hybrid role based out of the London office, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
What this role involves:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify and qualify new account opportunities.
- Completing the end-to-end sales cycle from cold email outreach to closing the sale.
- Performing business, product, and technical demonstrations to customers and prospective customers.
- Using a value-oriented, consultative sales approach to educate customers.
- Managing a pipeline with multiple prospects and utilizing Salesforce to document progress.
- Identifying where enterprise-level or complex merchants require teamwork with Sales Engineers.
- Consistently exceeding quarterly metrics and quota.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of inside technology sales experience in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a creative approach to penetrating new accounts.
- Metrics-driven and comfortable with utilizing spreadsheets and CRM.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and a sales automation tool (Outreach.io preferred).
- Ability to work a schedule of 9am - 5pm and travel up to 10%-15% of the time.
- Fluency in French or German is considered an asset.
