Job Description
Recharge is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales organization and drive growth by identifying, targeting, and closing new business. This role involves leading product demos, qualifying potential merchants, and providing solutions to build trust in the Recharge platform. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for their accounts, working with merchants of varying sizes and industries.Recharge is a leading subscription platform that empowers brands to manage and grow subscriptions, create dynamic customer experiences, and evaluate business performance.What this role involves:
  • Conducting market research to identify and qualify new account opportunities.
  • Completing the end-to-end sales cycle, from outreach to closing sales.
  • Performing business, product, and technical demonstrations.
  • Using a consultative sales approach to educate customers.
  • Managing a pipeline and utilizing Salesforce to document progress.
  • Identifying opportunities for teamwork with Sales Engineers.
  • Exceeding quarterly metrics and quota.
What Recharge is looking for:
  • 1-3 years of inside technology sales experience.
  • History of success in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to overcome objections.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with a sales automation tool (Outreach.io preferred).
  • Ability to work a schedule of 9am - 5pm; travel up to 10%-15% of the time
  • Fluency in French or German considered an asset
