Project Manager (Associate level)

Job Description

Sertis, a leading AI and Data Science company in ASEAN, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support impactful projects across AI, data, and software technologies. The role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and business teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver real value.

Role involves:

• Supporting and managing project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Managing project progress, tracking milestones, and adjusting plans.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and building positive relationships.
• Collaborating with developers, commercial teams, and other stakeholders.
• Helping monitor project quality and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Preparing status updates, assisting with project documentation.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Political Science, Economics, or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.
