Job Description
VEED.IO is seeking a Security Questionnaire Analyst for a temporary contract role. The successful candidate will manage customer due diligence security questionnaire requests, ensuring a smooth customer journey during deal closure. This role involves collaborating with the Enterprise Sales team, streamlining processes, and maintaining a security questionnaire database.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with the Enterprise Sales team to complete customer security questionnaires.
- Implementing and streamlining an end-to-end internal process for requesting and responding to security questionnaires.
- Developing and maintaining a database of security questionnaire Q&As.
- Assisting with optimising the wider deal close and invoicing process.
- Analysing factors influencing win rates and time to close.
- Training the Enterprise Sales team on security-related topics and process adherence.
- Liaising with key stakeholders in Engineering Operations to ensure any gaps in security documentation are identified and filled.
- Conducting analysis of security questionnaires for prospective and existing third-party software vendors.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a compliance, sales operations or deal desk role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience working with a CRM; Hubspot is a nice-to-have.
- Experience working in a high-growth environment.
- Proactive, action-oriented individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Comprehensive verbal and written communications skills.
