Job Description
SurePay, a fast-growing FinTech SaaS company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Utrecht. The company is on a mission to make payments more accessible, personal, and secure, and the Account Executive will play a key role in growing their client base and expanding into new markets.

Role involves:
  • Owning the full commercial cycle from prospecting to deal closing.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline via outbound, inbound, and partnerships.
  • Understanding client challenges and translating them into impactful solutions.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, SDRs, CSMs, and leadership.
  • Helping shape solutions for new verticals and European expansion.
  • Using HubSpot to manage pipeline, forecasting, and workflows.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS or FinTech AE role.
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions to medium and large businesses.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native-level Dutch and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
  • HBO-level thinking and working ability (Bachelor's equivalent).
  • A driver’s license is a nice-to-have.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a solution selling framework.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex environment.

SurePay offers:
  • Hybrid work model (2-3 days per week in the Utrecht office).
  • Competitive base salary between €50,000 – €75,000 per year.
