Job Description
SurePay, a fast-growing FinTech SaaS company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Utrecht. The company is on a mission to make payments more accessible, personal, and secure, and the Account Executive will play a key role in growing their client base and expanding into new markets.
Role involves:
- Owning the full commercial cycle from prospecting to deal closing.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline via outbound, inbound, and partnerships.
- Understanding client challenges and translating them into impactful solutions.
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, SDRs, CSMs, and leadership.
- Helping shape solutions for new verticals and European expansion.
- Using HubSpot to manage pipeline, forecasting, and workflows.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS or FinTech AE role.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions to medium and large businesses.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native-level Dutch and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with HubSpot is a bonus.
- HBO-level thinking and working ability (Bachelor's equivalent).
- A driver’s license is a nice-to-have.
- Eager to learn and grow within a solution selling framework.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex environment.
SurePay offers:
- Hybrid work model (2-3 days per week in the Utrecht office).
- Competitive base salary between €50,000 – €75,000 per year.
