Job Description
Pushpay is seeking a Sales Development Representative to make a client’s first impression. The role involves connecting prospects' business needs to Pushpay's services through outbound calls to potential clients. What This Role Involves:
  • Making outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify churches and nonprofits.
  • Working in a team in a specialized account-based sales environment.
  • Making at least 70 cold outbound calls daily.
  • Scheduling in-person or Zoom appointments between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Prospecting 5-10 accounts daily and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Having meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their challenges.
  • Using Salesforce and Outreach.io to build pipeline and manage follow-ups.
  • Building revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings.
  • Inviting church leaders to webinars and events.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate (or equivalent).
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience (not required).
  • Strong computer skills (Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to connect business needs to solutions.
  • Positivity and resilience.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
