Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying bespoke applications and data flows.
• Maintaining existing tools and data workflows, fixing bugs, and adding new features.
• Creating schemas for new data structures and databases.
• Building parsers for existing data formats/protocols.
• Taking ownership of projects with loosely defined requirements and delivering clear, high-quality technical solutions.
• Communicating with and supporting the Senior Director of Threat Data and Enablement on all threat data projects.
• Communicating with a variety of developers, stakeholders, and internal customers.

• 6+ years of experience deploying and managing virtual machines and Linux.
• 6+ years of experience writing and testing robust code in modern programming languages such as Go, ReactJS, Python.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and creating workflows.
• Excellent understanding of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with container orchestration (ex. ECS, Kubernetes).
• Experience with security controls and permission management (i.e. IAM).
• Ability to manage expectations on what can reasonably be delivered within timeframes/budgets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity for finding solutions.
• Ability to independently learn new technologies.
• Expertise in networking protocols and flow formats (ex. sflow).
• Expertise in managing cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure) and deployments (ex. through EC2).
