Offensive Security is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support their Inside Sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients through outreach, scheduling meetings, and guiding transactional sales to a successful close. The candidate will be a key member of the North American market team and will have opportunities for future growth within the company.OffSec is looking for someone who is a self-starter, resourceful, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively seeking answers.Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound leads.
  • Qualify and develop leads using a consultative approach.
  • Proactively build pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Educate and guide prospects through OffSec’s offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel teams.
  • Navigate buying processes across commercial, government, and channel-driven environments.
  • Track activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on OffSec product updates, certifications, cybersecurity trends, and relevant frameworks.
  • Bring a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Experience working with or selling through channel partners, resellers, or distributors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity, upskilling, and workforce development.
