Senior Analyst, Asset Liability Portfolio Services

Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Asset Liability Portfolio Services Team. This role involves supporting lifecycle management and reconciliations of portfolio positions in Geneva, as well as supporting Fund Accounting Controllership during monthly and quarterly closes. The ideal candidate will have a background in Private Credit, Middle Market Loans, or Structured Products and demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills. They should also thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt to evolving responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting end-to-end processing of the Investment lifecycle
• Maintain reconciliation exceptions and oversight of cash daily.
• Maintain and manage global processes around Geneva.
• Oversight of end-to-end processing and analysts supporting workflow
• Fund accounting support for monthly financial close processes
• Position reconciliation oversight and management.
• Manage offshore support team and process oversight.
• Directly support the Credit Desk with a focus on corporate actions and complex trading events
• Coordinate with the CLO team and impacts of the collateral management under that structure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of Investment Operations experience
• Wall Street Office and/or Geneva experience a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Ambitious and results-driven
• Positive can-do attitude and ability to overcome challenges
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VBA and Visio experience a plus)
