Behavox is seeking a Head of Human Resources to build and lead its People team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a business-oriented and high-performing People team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and plays a critical role in shaping company culture, talent strategy, and HR operations.

• Aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
• Leading large-scale initiatives and building processes.
• Developing and implementing strategies for talent attraction and retention.
• Selecting and leveraging HR technologies.
• Mitigating risk through employee relations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups.
• Experience building and scaling HR infrastructure for growing teams (300 to 500+ employees).
• Experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures.
• Expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design.
