31st Union is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex software projects. The ideal candidate will translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans and drive projects to completion.Role involves:

• Translating business goals into tactical project plans and KPIs.
• Leading and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Managing external development teams.
• Presenting project strategies and progress updates.
• Identifying and managing project risks and budgets.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical project management.
• Background in managing AAA game development projects and external teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on execution.
• Extensive experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on AAA titles in the multiplayer shooter genre.
