The Key Account Manager will:
- Analyze sales performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Build strong relationships with sales advisors.
- Actively participate in the sales process.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management related to the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is valued.
- Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, resilient attitude with a strategic and hands-on approach.
