Altium is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) to ensure customers understand and experience the value of Altium’s Enterprise solutions (AES). The EIM plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Altium's Sales, Customer Success, and R&D organizations. This role involves enabling the successful implementation of AES for customers and ensuring their productivity.
The role involves:
Training, guiding, and coaching customers through the myAltium engagement process.
Project management of the implementation and ensuring the customer’s ongoing success post-deployment.
Serving as the post-sale point of contact for customers during AES implementation.
Collaborating with Altium’s Customer Success and R&D organizations to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Handling escalations of implementation and customer productivity blocking issues.
Building excellent customer relationships and influencing them to adopt recommended best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role in Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
Experience with PCB ECAD Library/component management, PLM, and databases.
Ability to engage customers at a business level, drive alignment, and execution.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in German is preferred for EMEA EIMs.
Ability to travel 30%.
