Private Equity Instructor (Part-Time/Contract)

Job Description

Wall Street Prep is seeking a Private Equity Instructor to teach, mentor, and inspire finance professionals and students. The instructor will serve as a lead facilitator for private equity and financial modeling classroom training sessions, helping participants master essential skills. This role offers opportunities to enhance presentation skills, expand professional networks, and establish thought leadership in the financial services industry.Responsibilities include delivering live in-person and virtual training seminars, collaborating on curriculum development, providing personalized mentorship, and completing WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program.Wall Street Prep will cover all travel and accommodation expenses. The role offers paid professional development through WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program and opportunities to deepen expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and valuation modeling.

• Delivering live in-person and virtual training seminars

• Minimum 2+ years of investment banking experience
• Minimum 2+ years of private equity experience
• Strong accounting, financial modeling, and Excel expertise
• A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring
• Commitment to approximately 40 training days per year
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
