SmartBear is seeking a Director, People Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The Director will be a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic guidance on all aspects of People & Culture (P&C). They will partner with leadership to ensure P&C programs support business objectives, empower leaders and managers, translate employee feedback into action, and develop talent retention strategies.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior People Partner or HR Business Partner role
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations
- Experience in analyzing employee engagement data
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
