Smartly is seeking a highly motivated Global Client Partner to drive business growth by leading key strategic accounts and offering innovative solutions. The Global Client Partner will build trust-based customer relationships with large advertisers, understand their needs, and deliver value-based solutions. They will act as a trusted advisor, creating positive outcomes for both Smartly and its clients.Responsibilities:
Develop and align strategic objectives and plans with the Global Strategic Partner.
Deliver the account plan and plans for key customer initiatives with the CSM.
Establish relationships with senior stakeholders across the customer organization.
Plan with customer decision-makers, the platform, and other partners.
Coordinate execution by setting clear goals, ensuring global alignment, and managing key relationships.
Create feedback channels within the account to ensure progress.
Ensure product roadmap alignment and product team interaction with customers.
Own revenue forecasting and target setting for the customer.
Own pipeline and opportunity management in Salesforce.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in ad-tech/mar-tech with a record of growing strategic accounts.
Experience with Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, and other Social Media Platforms is an advantage.
Natural leadership skills to organize and run a key account team.
Driven by sales, account expansion, and helping partners achieve their business targets.
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with various audiences, including C-level decision-makers.
Strong desire to learn about the product to effectively sell to different levels of stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and consistently exceed quota.
Ability to work in the London Smartly office for 3 days a week.
