Job Description

Banyan Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join PrintIQ's Product and Development team. In this role, the Scrum Master will be pivotal in driving the adoption and successful implementation of Agile principles and the Scrum framework within the organization. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, working closely with the team, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. This role is crucial in PrintIQ's transformation, helping to shorten development cycles, accelerate innovation, modernize the technology stack, and establish stronger customer relationships.

Role involves:

  • Championing the adoption of Agile frameworks and best practices.
  • Facilitating core Agile ceremonies.
  • Guiding teams in breaking down complex projects.
  • Working with Product Owners to manage backlogs.
  • Driving Agile maturity within the organization.
  • Improving delivery processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish Agile KPIs.
  • Leading efforts to enhance current release processes.
  • Supporting change management efforts.
  • Serving as an Agile subject matter expert.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading Agile transformations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional facilitation, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools.
  • Ability to align Agile practices with business outcomes.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed or hybrid teams.
  • Comfortable navigating organizational change.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach to leadership.
