Job Description
Disguise is seeking a Director of Business Operations to oversee and integrate all operational functions. This role is crucial for the company's strategic success, encompassing global Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, IT Infrastructure & Ops, Cybersecurity, and Facilities Management. The Director will report to the COO and will be embedded in the Business Excellence COE.

Role involves:
  • Defining a unifying operational strategy.
  • Building and leading global teams.
  • Overseeing global physical and digital product fulfillment.
  • Leading senior IT leadership to develop cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Overseeing global office facilities.
  • Collaborating with BI teams to modernize and integrate tools.
  • Ensuring operational compliance.
  • Driving personal development plans for direct reports.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in senior operational leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in supply chain and experience with IT systems.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity, and risk frameworks.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Adept at change management, systems optimization, and cost-performance balancing.
  • Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and Jira.
