Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to support key client projects, specifically within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and IT services to NATO's member countries and partners. This role involves providing engineering and operations support for managed devices, serving as the highest level of technical escalation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role involves:
  • Defining and managing requirements for initiatives.
  • Planning and driving systems development projects.
  • Providing technical expertise for system integration and build.
  • Providing engineering and operations support to Workplace Services.
  • Analyzing and resolving complex hardware and software problems.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and identifying trends.
  • Implementing and maintaining authorized software changes.
  • Providing Level 2/3 support services.
  • Implementing monitoring policies and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Experience in identifying and assessing new technologies.
  • Experience in developing technology roadmaps.
  • Extensive experience managing Windows Server and Windows client OS.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment technologies.
  • Experience in Cloud Office Operation.
  • Sound knowledge in user authentication methods.
  • Extensive knowledge in security technologies and concepts.
  • Knowledge of Windows clients in large distributed environments.
  • Experience in coaching and supervising technical staff.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating upgrades.
  • Experience in drafting and maintaining system design documentation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT Communications, Computer Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
