Job Description
WPP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join their EMEA team in London. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, working alongside a collaborative and supportive global Talent team. The intern will be exposed to renowned branding and design agencies, contributing to their continued success.
What the role involves:
- Writing, proofreading, and posting job descriptions.
- Coordinating and managing interview schedules.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
- Sourcing candidates and building a talent pipeline.
- Conducting initial phone screenings.
- Collaborating on Impact and Inclusion initiatives.
- Creating presentations and reports to track recruitment metrics.
- Assisting in testing and implementing new ways of working.
Requirements:
- Highly organised and excels at managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Committed to conducting thorough candidate interviews.
- Approaches challenges with enthusiasm and positivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Versatile and adaptable.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
