HousingAnywhere is seeking a Team Lead for Managed Accounts to enhance service quality for tenants and landlords. The role involves leading a team of up to 9 Booking Consultants, managing client inquiries, and overseeing escalations. The Team Lead will schedule and monitor team activities, plan workforce needs, and implement quality assurance processes. They will also be responsible for performance monitoring, training, and knowledge management. Collaboration with other departments is crucial to enhance customer experience and support team effectiveness.
