The Creative Strategist will develop campaigns for paid social media, contribute to content production, and analyze campaign performance.
Role Involves:
Developing campaigns for Paid Social.
Actively participating in content production.
Writing clear, persuasive ad copy and developing creatives and landing pages.
Analyzing campaign performance and conducting A/B tests.
Collaborating with content, design, and other teams.
Requirements:
Experience in performance marketing and understanding of Meta, Google, or TikTok campaigns.
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new formats and appearing on camera.
Ability to translate ideas into clear concepts and strong video formats.
Structured, independent work style with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in using data for analysis and openness to new approaches.
Fluency in German and English.
