Job Description
Superchat is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to reshape communication between businesses and their customers. The company aims to make business communication as easy as talking to a friend. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid social, remarketing, and search campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid social, remarketing, and search campaigns.
  • Identifying and testing new on- and offline marketing channels.
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Conducting A/B tests and optimizing ads.
  • Implementing reporting processes and monitoring KPIs.
  • Planning and executing content and event formats with the team.

Requirements:
  • Experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Creativity and strong conceptual and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (CMS, marketing automation, email marketing, etc.) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Fluency in German and English.
