Level.works is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join their recruitment team in Rotterdam. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process for transport & logistics and public transport clients, working closely with experienced consultants and other teams. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a growing organization and gain practical experience in recruitment.

Role Involves:
• Answering initial phone calls and addressing inquiries from candidates and clients.
• Following up on leads and engaging potential candidates.
• Assisting with job interviews and providing guidance to candidates.
• Communicating with clients to schedule introductory meetings.
• Planning and preparing for job interviews.
• Organizing documentation and handling administrative tasks related to training and placements.
• Contributing to recruitment projects and offering process improvement suggestions.

Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree.
• Ambitious and proactive attitude.
• Empathetic, strong communicator, and customer-oriented in both Dutch and English.
• Commercial mindset and comfortable making phone calls.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
