SimpliSafe is seeking a Sr. CX Analyst, Billing & Payments to join their Customer Experience team. This role focuses on end-to-end customer billing and payments journeys, providing insights and driving improvements across subscription management operations. The analyst will be instrumental in analyzing payment workflows, identifying key trends, and developing data-driven recovery strategies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

What this role involves:
  • Reducing customer churn from non-payment.
  • Performing advanced analytics on customer payment behavior.
  • Partnering with analytics teams to enhance customer payment data.
  • Serving as a liaison with Finance teams.
  • Investigating and documenting customer payment experiences.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and business strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
