This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, driving quarterly planning, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in delivering quality solutions to business stakeholders with a customer-first mindset.SimpliSafe embraces a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in the Boston office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Responsibilities:
  • Manage business stakeholder relationships and understand complex business challenges.
  • Ensure cross-functional stakeholder engagement in large initiatives.
  • Drive business and technical discussions.
  • Deliver large technology efforts by managing the lifecycle of complex programs.
  • Improve engineering efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Help define product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Negotiate resources and priorities.
  • Facilitate technical trade-offs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with software engineering teams in Agile methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with software development lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of technical project management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, or related field.
