This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, driving quarterly planning, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in delivering quality solutions to business stakeholders with a customer-first mindset.SimpliSafe embraces a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in the Boston office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Responsibilities: - Manage business stakeholder relationships and understand complex business challenges.
- Ensure cross-functional stakeholder engagement in large initiatives.
- Drive business and technical discussions.
- Deliver large technology efforts by managing the lifecycle of complex programs.
- Improve engineering efficiency and streamline processes.
- Help define product requirements for engineering teams.
- Negotiate resources and priorities.
- Facilitate technical trade-offs.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience with software engineering teams in Agile methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience with software development lifecycle.
- 3+ years of technical project management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, or related field.
