MaintainX is seeking an Emerging Account Executive to drive new logo sales within a defined market. The Account Executive will have full ownership and accountability, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role requires a candidate who is results-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about meeting targets.MaintainX is the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. It is a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities.
What this role involves: - Closing new accounts and consistently hitting targets.
- Prospecting and contributing to pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Nurturing warm leads from sales cycle to close.
- Conducting presentations, including discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and staying organized.
- Mastering systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Continuously improving through coaching and constructive criticism.
- Developing thought leadership in the industry.
Requirements: - 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a closing role.
- Documented success as a closer.
- Ability to articulate metrics and data.
- Willingness to prospect and contribute to pipeline.
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping energy high.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Positive, passionate, creative, smart, and high-character traits.
- BA degree or higher.
