MaintainX is seeking an Emerging Account Executive to drive new logo sales within a defined market. The Account Executive will have full ownership and accountability, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role requires a candidate who is results-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about meeting targets.MaintainX is the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. It is a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities.What this role involves:
  • Closing new accounts and consistently hitting targets.
  • Prospecting and contributing to pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Nurturing warm leads from sales cycle to close.
  • Conducting presentations, including discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and staying organized.
  • Mastering systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Continuously improving through coaching and constructive criticism.
  • Developing thought leadership in the industry.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a closing role.
  • Documented success as a closer.
  • Ability to articulate metrics and data.
  • Willingness to prospect and contribute to pipeline.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping energy high.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive, passionate, creative, smart, and high-character traits.
  • BA degree or higher.
