Tenable, the Exposure Management company, is seeking a Territory Account Manager to develop business through existing and new clients in assigned regions within India. This remote role, based in Mumbai, offers the opportunity to contribute to a company that helps organizations understand and reduce cyber risk. Role Involves:
- Maintaining and developing the existing client base through regional marketing and direct sales activities.
- Identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Managing and maintaining the territory’s sales pipeline and target key accounts and vertical markets for development.
- Achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and other regional objectives.
- Providing monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of sales personnel dedicated to the region, including inside sales representatives and sales engineers.
- Consistently achieving and/or exceeding assigned quotas and revenue objectives.
- Utilizing channel sales resources in the region as necessary.
- Staying abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence and providing feedback to executive management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience directly relating to this job.
- Ability to take on a consultative style when presenting ideas and products.
- Competency with sales tracking tools.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
