Bottomline, a global leader in business payments and cash management, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its North American Bank Sales Team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by selling Bottomline’s portfolio of Commercial Banking Solutions to banks and non-bank financial institutions.Bottomline is looking for someone dedicated to delighting customers and promoting growth and innovation.
Responsibilities: - Building and executing a detailed territory plan.
- Developing a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
- Creating individual account strategies.
- Engaging senior executive decision-makers.
- Presenting and demonstrating Bottomline’s solutions.
- Building and nurturing relationships.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Maintaining accurate updates in Salesforce/CRM.
Requirements: - 6–8 years of experience selling to banks and financial institutions; experience selling payment solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven success leading high-value (TCV of $3M+), long-cycle (12–24 months) strategic sales.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Ability to effectively position long-term strategic solutions.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
