Bottomline, a global leader in business payments and cash management, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its North American Bank Sales Team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by selling Bottomline’s portfolio of Commercial Banking Solutions to banks and non-bank financial institutions.Bottomline is looking for someone dedicated to delighting customers and promoting growth and innovation.Responsibilities:
  • Building and executing a detailed territory plan.
  • Developing a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Creating individual account strategies.
  • Engaging senior executive decision-makers.
  • Presenting and demonstrating Bottomline’s solutions.
  • Building and nurturing relationships.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiating contracts.
  • Maintaining accurate updates in Salesforce/CRM.
Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of experience selling to banks and financial institutions; experience selling payment solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven success leading high-value (TCV of $3M+), long-cycle (12–24 months) strategic sales.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to effectively position long-term strategic solutions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
