Media Designer, Sales Learning Experience Design

Job Description

Motive is seeking a Media Designer to join their Sales Learning Experience Design team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create visually engaging media content and videos for revenue teams. The Media Content Developer will use Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, to produce world-class learning and marketing experiences. The Enablement Programs team supports the Sales Enablement function, ensuring alignment with Motive's sales goals and branding.

What this role involves:

• Developing engaging media content using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Creating detailed learning visuals tailored to specific objectives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align content with organizational goals.
• Managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Designing social media creatives and UI/UX elements using Adobe tools and Figma.
• Developing brand assets including visual guidelines, logos, icons, and presentation templates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of media design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Strong skills in writing clear visual scripts.
• Creative thinking and ability to transform complex ideas.
• Experience developing interactive learning activities.
