Job Description
Decathlon is seeking an Application Manager for PLM solutions to join their Sport Products domain, based in either Lille or Paris. This role is within the SPORT PRODUCTS division, which focuses on providing tools and methods for Decathlon's sports brands to create the best products for athletes. The Application Manager will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, reliability, and user satisfaction of the SPARK application, a key initiative to transform Decathlon's product design processes.

Role involves:
  • Ensuring application availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Providing application support and documenting knowledge.
  • Gathering, challenging, and prioritizing user needs.
  • Co-constructing and communicating the application roadmap.
  • Delivering evolutions and training users.
  • Ensuring contractual compliance and deliverable quality.
  • Co-constructing and monitoring the application budget.

Requirements:
  • Experience with PLM solutions.
  • Experience in project management or large-scale support.
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Strong user orientation and ability to translate business needs.
  • Pragmatic approach to align solutions with the editor's vision and Decathlon's challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management.
