Job Description

Lunar Energy is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be the operational heart of their London office. This role involves ensuring an inspiring and productive work environment for both in-office and remote teams. The Workplace Experience Coordinator will report to the People & Culture Manager and collaborate with the global People team.

The role is based in London (E1) and requires a people-focused problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily office operations, including maintenance, stock, and deliveries.
  • Ensuring common areas are organized and stocked.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and new starters.
  • Managing relationships with vendors.
  • Supporting the People team with onboarding and administrative tasks.
  • Planning social events and company-wide get-togethers.
  • Driving Health & Safety initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office management role, ideally in a tech startup.
  • Experience arranging meals and social events.
  • Experience identifying and managing vendors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
