This hybrid role, based in Melbourne, combines strategic solutions consulting with hands-on professional services implementation, focusing on the APAC region. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and crafting tailored Wrike solutions. They will leverage their knowledge of Wrike's platform to design and implement high-impact solutions that address client needs and maximize ROI.
Role involves:
Evangelizing Wrike's value and benefits.
Supporting sales with complex scoping requirements.
Creating custom demos and solution deployment packages.
Conducting technical workshops.
Driving end-to-end customer onboarding.
Collaborating with internal teams.
Leading customer engagements.
Tracking client records and milestones.
Managing successful completion of customer engagements.
Advocating for customer needs.
Mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer.
5+ years in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles.
Formal certifications in project management methodologies.
Extensive customer-facing experience.
Proven ability to lead technical discovery sessions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
