Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Solutions/Professional Services Consultant to join their team. This hybrid role, based in Melbourne, combines strategic solutions consulting with hands-on professional services implementation, focusing on the APAC region. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and crafting tailored Wrike solutions. They will leverage their knowledge of Wrike's platform to design and implement high-impact solutions that address client needs and maximize ROI.

Role involves:
  • Evangelizing Wrike's value and benefits.
  • Supporting sales with complex scoping requirements.
  • Creating custom demos and solution deployment packages.
  • Conducting technical workshops.
  • Driving end-to-end customer onboarding.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Leading customer engagements.
  • Tracking client records and milestones.
  • Managing successful completion of customer engagements.
  • Advocating for customer needs.
  • Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer.
  • 5+ years in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles.
  • Formal certifications in project management methodologies.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discovery sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
