Wrike is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Rennes. The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, understand their business strategies, and lead them to achieve desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and provide leadership to ensure customers fully utilize the Wrike platform.Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships and act as a Wrike advocate.
Partner with customers to establish business goals, timelines, and metrics.
Create and manage engagement and communication strategies.
Serve as a Wrike subject matter expert, providing guidance and addressing challenges.
Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams.
Monitor the book of business and work towards targets, managing churn avoidance.
Maintain and leverage the Customer Success Management platform.
Requirements:
Full fluency in French (verbal & written) and good level of English (minimum B2).
2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a customer-facing role.
Experience working with Marketing, Professional Services, IT, and PMO teams.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients.
Knowledge and experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
