Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Rennes. The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, understand their business strategies, and lead them to achieve desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and provide leadership to ensure customers fully utilize the Wrike platform.Responsibilities:
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a Wrike advocate.
  • Partner with customers to establish business goals, timelines, and metrics.
  • Create and manage engagement and communication strategies.
  • Serve as a Wrike subject matter expert, providing guidance and addressing challenges.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams.
  • Monitor the book of business and work towards targets, managing churn avoidance.
  • Maintain and leverage the Customer Success Management platform.
Requirements:
  • Full fluency in French (verbal & written) and good level of English (minimum B2).
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with Marketing, Professional Services, IT, and PMO teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
  • Great people skills.
