Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. • Taking ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned Google Ads campaigns.
• Sourcing and managing creative assets for campaigns.
• Planning, launching, and optimizing new campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
• Documenting all tests and campaign changes.
• Collaborating with business leads, account managers, and the yield team.
• Utilizing competitive research and intelligence tools.
• Becoming the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads ecosystem.
• Ability to optimize complex campaign structures independently.
