Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive the growth and profitability of its paid media portfolio through the strategic execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. The Senior Paid Media Manager will take full ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for assigned Google Ads campaigns across channels, ensuring campaigns meet goals. They will collaborate with business leads, account managers, and the yield team to identify trends, provide performance updates, and surface headwinds or tailwinds that impact delivery and pacing. They will also become the internal subject matter expert on Google Ads strategy, owning full campaign life cycles and consistently seeking ways to grow spend efficiently while maintaining strong margins.

Role Involves:
  • Leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Managing large-scale budgets and meeting ROAS and revenue KPIs.
  • Sourcing and managing creative assets for campaigns.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign health and performing routine optimizations.
  • Documenting all tests and campaign changes in a structured test log.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads ecosystem.
